Consumer understands that all costs associated with the receipt, review, and use of such Electronic Communications shall be those of Consumer, such as maintaining access to the Internet or paying for text messages.

When you give us your home and/or mobile phone number through our website web form, you are indicating that you are an authorized subscriber or a non-subscriber customary user of the number and that we have your permission to contact you at that number or numbers you provided, about your inquiry, application, offer for a consumer loan, other financial products and services, or other ancillary products and services. Your consent allows us to use text messaging, artificial or prerecorded voice messages and automatic dialing technology, for all purposes not prohibited by applicable law. Our rights under this Communication Consent extends to our affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agents, vendors, unaffiliated third-party Lending Network, Lenders, Service Providers, and their marketers and assigns. Your consent to receive Electronic Communications is not required and is not a condition for any purchase or availability.
