The information we request from you below is strictly for the purpose of enabling us to verify your request and will be processed in accordance with the CCPA. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity and confirm the personal information relates to you. There are other laws which may also impact our ability to complete any requests under the CCPA.
