Credit Report and Data Furnisher Authorization

Authorization to Obtain Credit Report and Data. By continuing with any transaction, submitting any application for a loan or other financial services and products, clicking any button, or pressing any key on your telephone or keyboard making an audible sound to provide your written signature and authorization and continuing with the application process for a loan over the phone or on Symple Lending, LLC’s websites including www.symplelending.com or www.mysympleloan.com, you understand and agree that you are authorizing Symple Lending, LLC. Its Lending Network, and the lenders in the Lending Network, to each obtain a consumer credit report from one or more consumer credit reporting agencies and third-party data furnishers including, but not limited to TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and other third-party data furnishers and credit reporting agencies. You expressly authorize Symple Lending, LLC and its Lending Network and lenders in its Lending Network, if applicable, to obtain consumer reports from consumer reporting agencies and data furnishers about you for purposes of underwriting your loan application or to market and provide other financial services and products that may interest you.

We may use the credit report and information from third party data furnishers for any purpose authorized by applicable law in connection with a credit transaction involving you and involving the extension of credit to you, or other financial service or product that we may offer, including but not limited to (i) for authentication purposes, to make sure you are who you say you are, (ii) to make credit decisions; (iii) to determine how much debt you currently have, in order to determine your debt-to-income ratio, and (iv) to obtain information and characteristics from your credit report from one or more consumer credit reporting agencies and third-party data furnishers.

You authorize us to verify information in your credit report, and you agree that Symple Lending, LLC, its Lending Network, lenders in its Lending Network, if applicable, may contact third parties without further notice to you to verify any such information. We may obtain your credit report each time you apply for a loan with us, our Lending Network and the lenders in our Lending Network, and at any other time that we deem it necessary in our sole discretion.
